The term "brick" can refer to many different types of masonry units, such as stone, concrete or clay. Each one has its characteristics with an overall rectangular shape. It can be textured or smooth and typically has a matte finish to create a look similar to actual bricks. The pattern looks like real brick, with mortar lines between each section.

How to install brick wallpaper
Brick wallpaper is a great way to add a touch of class to your bedroom, living room or any other room in your home. This product can be used on any smooth surface, so it's perfect for covering up old or damaged walls. If you want to add a peel-and-stick brick wallpaper to your wall, here’s how to install it:
Step 1: Clean the wall surface you want to cover with soap and water. Then use paper towels to ensure that the surface is completely dry before you begin.
Step 2: Peel the paper from the back of your self-adhesive wallpaper to reveal the sticky side. Be sure to keep air bubbles from forming between the backing and the wall when installing.
Step 3: Starting at one corner of your wall, apply your first brick piece by pressing it against the wall firmly while pushing down on its top edge until it sticks firmly onto the adhesive underneath. Then press down on each side of this first brick piece until it adheres securely against the wall and all edges are flush with your desired pattern. You may want to use a roller for easier application if possible.
If you are going to use traditional wallpaper that needs adhesive or glue, follow these steps:
Step 1: Use soap and water to clean the wall surface you intend to cover thoroughly. Before you start, make sure the area is totally dry.
Step 2: Measure the length and width of the wall, then cut off the exact size of the wallpaper.
Step 3: Using an all-purpose wallcovering adhesive, apply it generously to one wall section using a pile roller. Place the wallpaper and ensure it’s aligned before securely adhering to the wall. Use a scraper to remove bubbles.
